Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

Information You Provide to Us

How we access, use and store data obtained from your Google Analytics and YouTube analytics accounts.

At your request, we will access data in your Google Analytics, Google Search Console and YouTube Analytics accounts (using YouTube API Services) in order to compile reports that help you better understand the performance of your content on those platforms. At your request, we may also access monetary information from your YouTube Analytics account (advertising revenue data), in order to compile reports to help you understand how your videos are generating revenue.

We store that data in our database, and do not share it with any external parties. You may choose to share your InfluenceKit reports. Upon deleting your account, or at your request, we also delete any data obtained from Google and YouTube

You may revoke InfluenceKit's access to your Google Analytics and YouTube data by visiting the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

How We Store Your Information

We will retain your information only for as long as is necessary to provide our services or until your account is cancelled, whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data and why it is collected and processed. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your personal information to provide you with our services, you may delete your account by sending a request to delete your account to help@influencekit.com.

How We Disclose Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

• Heap, a tool that helps us track how our users are using InfluenceKit so that we can improve our services;
• Intercom, our customer support/messaging tool, which we use to communicate with users;
• Rollbar, our error tracking system;
• Newrelic, our server performance monitoring system;
• Stripe, our payment processor;
• SendGrid, our email processor;
• ProfitWell, an analytics tool that uses our Stripe data; and
• Typeform, a survey platform

• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of InfluenceKit’s assets.
• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us the link to a blog post to include that post’s impressions in a report to a sponsor, we will include that link and the impressions relating to that link in the report itself.
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
• With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• To enforce or apply our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

• Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
